Matthew Gordon, CPA is the Principal Consultant at Cap Doctor Associates and brings 20 years of healthcare and financial management experience to his clients which enables him to provide effective, high quality service. Matthew founded Cap Doctor Associates in 2016 after seeing an opportunity to help small to mid-size independent hospices thrive financially and avoid Medicare aggregate cap pitfalls. His prior roles include serving as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Curo Health Services where he performed Medicare aggregate cap tracking and analytics for over 100 hospice providers nationwide, Senior Finance Manager for the Physician Practice Solutions division of McKesson Corporation, and Senior Associate for the Healthcare Consulting Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
